Tip #23

I have fallen in love with our local library again.  I had fallen out of love with the library somewhere along the line.  I don't know why exactly.  This past summer I updated my library information (I apparently hadn't been in there in over 5 years).  Now I'm there almost once a week. 

Part of this is because my son is in love with the library too.  He is amazed by the fact that they will let us borrow books and movies.  Although I will say we've not had the best luck with the DVDs from the library. 

The other great thing that our library offers is story-time.  Actually our library has all kinds of events but I only participate in story time.

As times get tighter and tighter for people I would anticipate that many more are going to be flocking to their library for free/cheap entertainment.
